Massage Time

Cisco got treated to a massage last night as part of his Christmas present. This is the first time Kim has massaged him that she’s found any tightness on him. A couple of the muscles in his back just above the hips were really really tight. His hamstrings still feel great along with everything else.

We’ve been instructed to put heat on the area for the next couple of days. We’ll have to hit up Kim again when she comes back in January to make sure we’ve gotten it all worked out. 

No idea what ‘caused it. Maybe being in contacts and weaves and working on all the contacts? Or maybe it was playing with the puppy. We’ll have to keep an eye on my soon to be senior citizen.
